Works with RTLSDR but doesn't lock into place and just spins freely. Not a flaw with this adapter at all (it works as designed), but if you're trying to mount an antenna directly to this adapter, keep in mind it's not going to stay upright.

Works fine and the brass body with nickel finish feels durable. Only downside is that the crimp requires a very specific tool—be prepared for that.
