At least one of the male BNC connectors wasn't machined properly and wouldn't bayonet on to a matching female connection. Other than 1 piece in 20 having the defect the rest have worked well for me.

Don’t have ‘em yet. I hope one of these fittings will adapt the telescoping antenna to connect the antenna to the BNC fitting on the back of my Bearcat scanner.
