Speed and Angle Settings in One Controller

The YF-20 combines the stepper motor driver and controller in one unit. Set motor speed from 0.1–999 RPM and the operating angle from 1–9999°. One full revolution is 360°.

OPERATING MODES

Manual, Triggered, Return, and Limit Control

The seven selectable modes are designed for different motion-control tasks:

P-1: Jog operation while the button is held.

P-2: Forward or reverse self-locking operation.

P-3: Signal 1 runs forward to the set angle; Signal 2 runs reverse to the set angle.

P-4: Signal 1 runs to the set angle; Signal 2 returns to the origin.

P-5: Repeated Signal 1 input alternates between forward movement and return to origin.

P-6: Signal 1 moves forward; when the signal disappears, the motor returns to origin.

P-7: Automatic reciprocating motion between two limit positions using Signals 1 and 2.

CONNECTIONS AND CONTROLS

External Signals, Motor Terminals, and Front-Panel Keys

Signal 1, Signal 2, Signal 3, and Common are available for external control, reset switches, limit switches, or other trigger switches. The motor terminals are Positive, Negative, 2B, 1B, 1A, and 2A. The front panel includes Function, Reset, Forward, Reverse, and Stop controls, plus separate speed and angle displays.

Compact 95.5 × 55.5 mm Controller

The YF-20 is intended for compatible stepper motor positioning and speed-control applications. Most 42 mm and 57 mm stepper motors are supplier-stated to reach approximately 350 RPM at their maximum speed; actual performance depends on the motor and operating conditions.
