Exactly as described – the 50-pin male solder connector has a solid metal shell and nice nickel finish. Soldered perfectly onto my PCB with no issues. Great for industrial comms gear.

Good build quality and handles high temps well. Used in a printer interface project and it’s stable up to 105°C. Would’ve been 5 stars if packaging was a bit more protective.
