Female cable plug

The blue insert carries the sockets; the rear clamp holds the cable at the inlet.

Male receptacle

The pictured receptacle carries pins and mounts by its flange. Round-panel and inline styles have different mounting hardware.

The pictured pair illustrates the standard arrangement. Confirm contact gender and mating direction for reverse-contact versions.

Match the keying, contact gender and viewing direction as well as the number of contacts. The following drawing shows solder-cup arrangements. Two different 2-contact layouts are illustrated (positions 1/2 and 2/4); match the numbered positions, not only the contact count. The six-contact version is identified with the center contact not fitted.
