PWM DC MOTOR CONTROL: Adjusts the output to a compatible DC motor through a 0-100% PWM control range. The module supports DC 10-60 V input and operates at a 25 kHz PWM frequency.

CONTINUOUS AND MAXIMUM RATINGS: Supports up to 10 A and 450 W for long-duration operation with sufficient cooling. The 20 A output current and 1200 W power figures are maximum limits, not continuous ratings.

REMOTE POTENTIOMETER CONTROL: The linear speed-control potentiometer connects to the board through a removable 20 cm lead, allowing separate panel installation through a 7 mm mounting hole.

HEATSINK AND FUSE DESIGN: Features multiple aluminum heatsinks, an onboard glass fuse and four screw terminals for the DC supply and motor. The module measures approximately 77 × 45 × 28 mm.

COMPLETE CONTROL SET: Includes one controller module, one wired potentiometer, one control knob, one mounting nut and two washers. Maintain adequate ventilation and keep the motor, supply, current and power within the specified limits.

Remote Linear Potentiometer Control

The external potentiometer adjusts the PWM command range from 0-100%. Its removable 20 cm cable allows the control knob to be installed separately from the main board.

WIRING

Four-Terminal Power and Motor Connection

The screw terminals provide separate connections for motor negative, motor positive, power-supply negative and power-supply positive. Verify every connection and confirm supply polarity before applying power.

BOARD CONSTRUCTION

Multiple Heatsinks and Onboard Fuse

The open-board controller uses multiple heatsinks around the power components and an onboard glass fuse. Install it in a dry location with sufficient clearance and unrestricted airflow.

Important Continuous-Use Limits The 20 A current and 1200 W power figures are maximum limits. For long-duration operation, keep the load at or below 10 A and 450 W and maintain sufficient ventilation. Ensure the DC supply and motor remain within the module’s voltage, current and power limits.
