This J1939 to OBD2 Adapter Cable can prevent the original shunting line from the original vehicle.

Simply remove the existing Type 2 GREEN J1939 9pin connector from its mounting location and install the Y adapter using the existing mounting hole.

Plug the other 9 pin Female end of this adapter into the existing 9 Pin Male connector, and then the OBD2 Female end to a Tracking device or other OBD2 reporting.
