Elecbee US-52 15W AC Gear Motor Speed Controller

The Elecbee US-52 provides adjustable speed and direction selection for a compatible 15W AC gear or speed-control motor equipped with a generator feedback circuit. It operates from AC 220V 50Hz and offers a supplier-specified speed range of 90–1400RPM.

This is a matched motor-control component. It is not a universal AC motor regulator, motor starter or variable-frequency drive. Verify the motor rating, feedback circuit, connector and wiring arrangement before installation.

Adjustable Speed with Generator Feedback

Turn the external potentiometer to adjust motor speed within the operating range supported by the matched motor and mechanical load. The feedback signal allows the controller to respond to changes in motor speed.

If speed or torque does not meet the application requirement, the side calibration potentiometer may be adjusted carefully. Mark its original position before making small changes.

Speed-Range Note: The stated 90–1400RPM range is a system specification rather than a guaranteed speed for every motor and load. Actual performance depends on the matched motor, supply frequency, load and controller adjustment.

Forward and Reverse Selection

Forward Rotation: Select the COM and CW connection.
Reverse Rotation: Select the COM and CCW connection.

Motor direction depends on the connected motor and mechanical installation. Disconnect and isolate the AC supply before changing any direction connection. Do not change wiring while the controller is energized or the motor is moving.

Connector and Wiring Requirements

The default configuration uses a single-row 6-pin male plug. Compare the controller pinout with the mating motor harness before applying power.

The supplier identifies red as a main motor lead, black and white as capacitor-related leads, two yellow wires as feedback leads, and green as protective earth. These colors must be checked against the wiring diagram supplied with the actual controller and motor.

Important: Do not assume that wire colors, plug shape or pin order are standardized across different motor manufacturers or US-52-compatible assemblies.

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Disconnect and isolate the AC mains supply.
Step 2: Verify that the motor is a compatible 15W, 220V feedback-type AC speed motor.
Step 3: Connect the motor, feedback, capacitor-related and earth circuits according to the supplied diagram.
Step 4: Set the speed knob to the minimum position.
Step 5: Apply power and select the required run direction.
Step 6: Increase the speed gradually while monitoring motor operation and temperature.

Run/Stop Switch: This switch controls motor operation only. It must not be treated as a mains isolation switch. Disconnect the main power supply during wiring, servicing or extended non-use.

Loaded Low-Speed Operation

Although an unloaded matched motor may operate at very low speed, extended low-speed operation under load can reduce motor cooling and increase temperature.

Light or Intermittent Load: The supplier advises operation at no less than approximately 50% of full speed.
Heavy or Continuous Load: The supplier advises operation at no less than approximately 70% of full speed.

These percentages are operating guidelines rather than guaranteed thermal limits. Monitor the motor and controller and follow the motor manufacturer\'s duty-cycle requirements.
