Elecbee 12–30V PWM Brushed DC Motor Speed Controller

The Elecbee PWM brushed DC motor speed controller provides adjustable speed regulation for compatible two-wire DC motors. It operates from a 12–30V DC supply, making it suitable for compatible 12V and 24V motor systems within the specified voltage and current limits.

The rotary potentiometer adjusts the supplier-specified PWM duty-cycle range from approximately 5% to 100%. An integrated switch allows motor output to be turned off directly from the control knob.

Current Rating Note: The supplier lists 7A as the rated operating current and 10A as the maximum. The 10A value must not be interpreted as a guaranteed continuous-current rating. Actual operating capacity depends on motor current, wiring, ventilation and ambient temperature.

PWM Speed Adjustment

Adjusting Speed: Rotate the potentiometer to change the PWM duty cycle and regulate the motor\'s average drive across the specified range.

Stopping the Motor: Turn the potentiometer below its minimum adjustment position until the integrated switch engages and stops motor output.

This module regulates motor speed through pulse-width modulation. It does not provide continuously adjustable linear DC output and should not be described as a general-purpose adjustable voltage regulator.

Power and Motor Connections

Power Input: Connect a correctly polarized 12–30V DC power supply to the marked input terminals
Motor Output: Connect a compatible two-wire brushed DC motor to the marked motor terminals
Speed Control: Rotate the onboard potentiometer to select the required speed
Output Off: Turn the potentiometer to its integrated switch-off position

Complete all connections before applying power. Verify the input, motor-output and polarity markings printed on the supplied controller because terminal placement may vary between production versions.

Applications and Compatibility

This compact PWM motor controller can be integrated into compatible brushed DC fans, pumps, small machinery, laboratory equipment, DIY projects and other variable-speed motor systems.

Compatibility: Use only with a two-wire brushed DC motor operating within the 12–30V input range, 7A rated current and 10A maximum-current limit. The controller does not provide electronic commutation for a brushless motor.
