These are rock solid. I have tried and used other couplers that were so cheap they didn't always work. The fit is nice and snug and I have purchased these again a few times!

I needed this to extend an ethernet cable to an outside wireless access point. I have no issues with the with the heat or the rain. Although it is in a sealed enclosure it is working as intended.
