Application:

This Broadband RF power amplifier, suitable for all kinds of radio, FM radio remote control toy, radio and so on, the input of 1 MW (0DBM) maximum output of 3 watts, 15V voltage power supply, broadband 1MHZ to 1000MHZ can work. Because of the excellent design, in low frequency can reach 35DBM (3W), when 500M  the output power can reach 32DBM (1.6W).
Power amplifier size 37MMx56CMx1.5CM (behind with a large heat sink) 

Technical indicators:

1. Supply voltage: + 15V DC (typical current value 450mA / maximum gain output)
2. The working frequency: 1MHZ-1000MHZ, input and output impedance: 50 ohms;
3. The maximum output range: 35dbm (3W / 50 ohms)
4. Gain: 35 dB (see the specific curve S21 curve, there are differences between different frequency)
5. The input signal size: low frequency band (0DBM / 1 mW), high frequency band (2DBM)
