Description
Introduction:
The module hardware integrates a MAC, a baseband chip, a radio frequency transceiver unit, and a power amplifier;
Built-in low-power operation mechanism can effectively achieve low-power operation of the module;
Support WiFi protocol and TCP/IP protocol, users can realize the networking function of UART device with simple configuration.
Small in size and easy to assemble on the hardware board circuit of the customer's product. The specific dimensions are: 22.0mm x 13.5mm x 9.2mm, single row 1x10 2mm pin package.
Basic functions:
It can work in AP mode and wait for other WIFI devices to access communication. It can access 3 sta at the same time, or it can work in STA mode and access wireless router to realize communication.
It has a Socket communication link, which can be set to TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client communication; the Socket can support up to 5 TCP Client accesses in TCP Server mode.
The module supports UART transparent transmission and can be switched at will using the AT command.

The serial port wifi module C215 supports transparent transmission mode, AT command mode and HTTPD client mode for data transmission, and is suitable for various scenarios.
1. Transparent transmission mode
The transparent transmission between the UART and the network is realized, and the data transmission between the universal serial port device and the network device is realized, and the transparent transmission mode is the default mode.
2. AT command mode
In this mode, the user can query and set the UART and network parameters of the wifi module through the AT command.
3. HTTPD Client mode
This mode passes data directly to the HTTP server or from the HTTP server. As long as the data is sent to the serial port according to the format, the data will be directly submitted to the web server (such as apache, IIS, tomcat, etc.) by Http (GET/POST). The website programmer can directly use the script language such as PHP or ASP. Database storage and other processing. The best choice for a B/S architecture system!
Wifi module wireless networking mode:
The C215 has three WIFI working modes: STA, AP, and AP+STA, which provide users with a very flexible networking mode and network topology.
1. Wifi module as AP mode
As an AP mode, the module can reach the mobile phone/PAD/computer and quickly access the module for data transmission without any configuration. In addition, you can also log in to the module's built-in web page for parameter settings.
