Perfect right-angle USB-C for my DIY tablet project. SMT pins worked flawlessly with my PCB reflow setup. The stainless steel shell feels durable and the 90° design saves so much space inside.

Solid build quality and great for tight enclosures. Soldering the DIP and SMT pads took care, but it held through testing. Reversible plug feature is a nice touch even on the port side.

Good connector, but be careful during soldering. The high-temp polymer housing warped slightly with too much heat. Still functions well and fits flush on the PCB.
