Description
This is DB9 Male type Right Angle connector for PCB Mounting. It can be easily soldered on PCB and can be used for serial comunication.
The?DB9?(originally?DE-9) connector is an analog 9-pin plug of the D-Subminiature connector family (D-Sub or Sub-D).
The DB9 connector is mainly used for serial connections, allowing for the asynchronous transmission of data as provided for by standard RS-232 (RS-232C).
Note that there are DB9-DB25 adapters for easily converting a DB9 plug into a DB25, and vice versa.

Perfect right-angle DB9 connector for my PCB project. Easy to solder and the silver-plated contacts look great and fit exactly as pinout described. Shipped fast too.

Good quality build with durable ABS plastic housing. Used it in an RS-232 serial setup and it’s working reliably so far. Slight improvement in durability over cheaper clones.

Exactly what I needed for a tight-space enclosure. The right-angle through-hole design saved board space. Silver plating seems high-grade and resists tarnishing.

Solid connector, works as expected for serial comms. Not shielded, so not ideal for noisy environments. But for basic PCB mounting, it's reliable and well-priced.
