Exactly as described – the M8 B-coded 5-pin male socket fits perfectly in my industrial setup. The 1m 24AWG wire is high quality and solder joints held up well. Waterproof seal hasn't failed even under washdown conditions.

Solid build with a reliable thread locking mechanism. Mounting was straightforward thanks to the back-mount design. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the instructions were minimal, but it worked flawlessly after installation.

Works fine overall. Soldering the 5 pins took some time, but the straight receptacle made access easier. Waterproof rating holds, though I wish the included wire was slightly thicker than 24AWG for longer runs.
