The new antennas (both models 311230 and 311229) meet MIL-Spec for durability and are IPX7 rated. The new ones also have new improved design with all black masts, and improved cable that has lower loss than the older model version 304415 did. The new ones also have new mast lengths and main mast attached to the boost - Basically, these new antenna versions can be configured in more ways than the old version to get the right height for optimal performance.
